design.

The six-line LCD display window can be navigated with the new
ePod (Easy Point of Decision) access tool. The ePod
allows users to navigate station and system features with familiar mouse-type operation. Menus and features can also be
traversed and selected with eight soft keys on the display window.

Enterprise 18i/18d
The Enterprise 18i (VoIP) and 18d (digital) stations allow users to navigate the six-line
LCD display with the
ePod (Easy Point of Decision) access tool.  
Enterprise 12i/12d
The Enterprise 12i (VoIP) and 12d (digital) stations feature the same dynamic soft key
technology as its 18 button counterpart at an economical price.  
Enterprise DSS
The Enterprise DSS (direct station selection) unit allows a Enterprise Platinum Series
station to function as an attendant position. Featuring 100 keys for one-touch access
to extensions, 20 programmable feature keys, and a 40 character LCD screen.  
Enterprise Softphone
With a headset and a PC, the Enterprise Softphone emulates all the features of a
Enterprise Platinum Series station without the hardware. Two skins are available.  
Enterprise Attendant Console
The Enterprise Attendant Console is a software application that resides on the
attendant’s PC and interfaces with the Iwatsu telephone system using Computer
Supported Telephony Application (CSTA) output.
