Enterprise TOL is a full-featured Unified Communications (UC) solution. Unified Messaging brings voicemail, email and faxes into your email client. Unified Communications does that and adds mobility and presence management. This means that you can receive all your forms of communication at any location at any time.

You’ll have access to all emails, voice mails, faxes, contacts, and co-workers from any internet connected web browser. You can listen to email over the phone and respond verbally, access Outlook contacts by phone and send an email… verbally. A speech enable automated attendant allows callers to speak the name of the person or department they are calling.

Enterprise TOL is available in two configurations, Small Business Edition and Elite. The Small Business Edition starts at four ports and grows to a maximum of sixteen ports. The Elite Edition can grow to 144 ports.

Advanced unified communications solution. Provides access from any supported client device with 100% synchronization between all message stores. Enterprise TOL Elite grows to a maximum of 144 ports.

  • 2 Port, 250 name SpeechLinX license for name recognition and AutoAttendant

  • 50 Unified Communications Client licenses
  • IMAP TSE provides full integration of all messages between the email server and TOL server
  • Groupware services for IMAP, POP3, SMTP email server integration

Enterprise TOL Small Business Edition (SBE)

Advanced unified communications solution. Provides access from any supported client device with 100% synchronization between all message stores. Enterprise TOL SBE grows to a maximum of 16 ports.

  • Dell Precision series PC configured for SIP integration. Includes two PCI card slots
  • Enterprise TOL Elite – SBE software version 7.0 with first year software assurance
  • 2 Port Realspeak text to speech for email over the phone
  • One softfax port (*Softfax using SIP VM ports will not be available until May)
  • 25 Unified Communications Client licenses expandable to 150 UC clients
  • 75 voice mailbox only licenses, expandable to a combined total of 1,000 voicemail box licenses and UC/VM client licenses
  • IMAP TSE provides full integration of all messages between the email server and TOL server
  • Groupware services for IMAP, POP3, SMTP email server integration
